I had such a lovely experience enjoying a delightful wine tasting right outside my door and unwinding by the jacuzzi after a day of exploring. The spa offered excellent massages that really help you kick back and relax. My only hiccup was that the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to work well, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

Gorgeous rooftop terrace overlooking vineyards, Complimentary wine tasting at the cave, Tastefully furnished rooms
Unclear directions to reception leading to confusion upon arrival!!! No hand soap or towel in the restroom suggesting a lack of attention to detail!!! Disappointing absence of elevators making luggage handling cumbersome!!!

La Mere Germaine offered an incredible wine tasting experience just a short walk from the hotel. The nearby La Maisonetta served delicious dishes that exceeded my expectations. I loved the spaciousness of my Deluxe Room, which included a lovely terrace. Staff assistance with luggage and recommending excellent local attractions made my visit enjoyable. However, the bathroom could use some improvement. The tub had no shower protection, leading to water splashing everywhere. Also, the air conditioning blew directly over the bed, making it uncomfortable while sleeping. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel’s charm and attentive service stood out.

Newly fitted Deluxe Room offered fresh decor and a cozy atmosphere, creating a nice space to unwind.
Teething problems included malfunctioning lights, non-working safe, jammed windows, and small bath towels. The website could be clearer on accessing reception and parking, leading to confusion upon arrival. Bathroom lacked a protective shower fixture, resulting in water splashing everywhere. continuous lighting in the clothes locker due to a tilted door added to the inconvenience, and air conditioning blows directly over the bed, making sleep uncomfortable.
